What to Expect

First Monday Earth Alignment Circles begin with a guided Grounding and Earth Alignment Meditation, followed by readings and channeled teachings with Zach.

After the meditation, participants are invited to ask questions they'd like to explore in a reading, or simply respond to the meditation. Receiving a reading is not required. Your presence is a contribution to the circle.

These sessions offer a deep scan of your subtle energy field and chakras, and a personalized energy alignment channeled just for you.

When you’re grounded and aligned with the Earth’s energetic rhythm, your body, heart, feelings and thoughts naturally move towards coherence. It’s easier to receive new information and energy, and release what’s no longer relevant.

These sessions are check ins and tune ups, with time to look at 1 or 2 questions or issues you’d like to receive guidance on. You’re welcome to record your session.

These sessions offer a space of focused reflection and channeled communication to assist in the movement of your energy.

Moving energy is the basis of healing and growth.
Where our energies are stuck or frozen, we are stuck and frozen.

During our session I use my sight to attune to the flow of information in your physical, emotional and energetic bodies. We’ll look together at how your energetic ecosystem is functioning, and support it to find healing and alignment. I can act as a channel to connect you with loved ones in the spirit realm, open communication with the ancestor field, or as a mediator between entities.
Depending on your intentions, this may include in-depth reading of karmic and lineage patterns, cord work, or facilitated communication with spirit world entities. The channel will direct as needed to reveal inner spaces in need of assistance, and clear energy.

Sessions are recorded for you to review. This allows you to relax during the session, and reconnect with the information when you want.

Couple’s readings support partners to deepen understanding of themselves and one another. Sessions help to clarify obstacles to communication and intimacy, and open receptivity to what the relationship is teaching. Old contracts, cords, energetic interface and lineage patterns are examined to understand, and support balancing the energetic ecosystem of each partner, and of the relationship.

These sessions are recommended for:

Partners in any stage of relationship who would like to deepen understanding, perspective and compassion, and work though conflict. Unwind unhealthy dynamics and obstacles to communication and intimacy.

New couples as well as those who are in the process of dissolving a partnership are welcome.

*Both partners must agree to have a couple’s reading. Please don’t purchase a couple’s reading for your partner without discussing it with them first.

This Facilitation process evolved organically over more than a decade in response to clients seeking ongoing guidance, deeper integration, and energetic support.

Facilitation sessions offer an ongoing space to deepen energetic awareness, heal the relationship between body and spirit, and reconnect with your own inner guidance.

Over time, sessions help you settle into your body, where you can connect with and receive the wisdom of your energetic ecosystem.

1:1 Facilitation can be especially supportive during periods of grief and loss, major life transitions, spiritual and energetic openings, and the integration of plant medicine experiences. It also offers a dedicated space for those engaged in meditation or ongoing inner practice—whether new or experienced—to deepen their process through continued personal integration.

Many clients find that over time they're able to relate to the flow of their experience from a place of deeper ground: less caught in immediate mind-reaction, and more able to sense, own, and move energies that need to unwind.

I meet with Facilitation clients weekly for one-hour sessions by phone, Zoom, or in person in Oakland, California.
