These sessions offer a space of focused reflection and channeled communication that support the movement of energy toward healing and alignment. Together, we explore how your energy is moving, deepen communication with your inner guidance, and bring clarity to the material that is ready for attention. Available by phone, Zoom, or in person in Oakland.
Readings meet you where you are. For some, a reading is a stand-alone experience. Others may wish to continue unwinding the core material that comes up through ongoing facilitation.

1:1 FACILITATION
1:1 Facilitation offers an ongoing space to continue exploring the core material that emerges during a reading. These sessions support you to unwind inner knots, deepen energetic awareness, and strengthen your relationship with your own inner guidance.
Facilitation is especially supportive during periods of transition, grief and loss, psychic and spiritual openings, and the integration of plant medicine experiences. Available by phone, Zoom, or in person in Oakland.
This 90-minute session focuses on grounding, chakra balancing, and energetic alignment. It offers a quieter point of entry into the work, or a way to reconnect between readings. Through guided meditation and intuitive energy work, the session supports greater presence, steadiness, and connection with your body.
CLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS
Body-Centered Psychic classes, workshops, retreats, and the monthly Earth Alignment Circle offer opportunities to continue the work in community. These gatherings support ongoing healing, energetic awareness, and transformation through shared practice, meditation, and group readings.
