I’m offering this class in support of the amazing work I witness people do in readings, and in recognition of a resource many of us experience a dearth of connection to: the momentum of a strong personal practice to carry us over the thresholds of our self imposed edges.

This class offers sincere explorers of the inner landscape an intimate connection to the Intuitive Energy Work toolkit, in support of creating their own practice, or to support an established one.

Participants will gain a framework to practice grounding and connect to their own energetic awareness as a guide for healing and growth.

Sessions will include centering contemplations, guided meditations for grounding and alignment, experiential chakra work, and time for group readings and reflection.

We’ll work directly with the self imposed ‘edges’ participants bring.

If you’ve ever had a reading, or been in a process where you had a realization about an inner dynamic, and said something like, “but how do I change that” or “now what do I do”, you were encountering what I call an ‘edge’.

Readings often bring us to the edge of what we can imagine for ourselves. We may feel enticed by the possibility of dissolving an ancient program, but our mind+body tends to instinctively back away from expanding into un-programmed territory.

A teacher, healer, or therapist may facilitate our arrival at these edges, but they can’t step into it with or for us: these edges of feeling and knowing are our own to cross.

Our sensitivity is a guide. When we habitually contract away from the vividness of our capacity to feel deeply, we abdicate participation in the full range of our creative potential.

On an energetic level, we can work very directly within ourselves to connect with the parts of our experience that call us away from feeling, and the edges of our growth.

Often they’re extensions of the wounds we are retaliating against our own experience of.

When we open up to our own experience through energetic awareness, we can feel the ways in which the life we have is an evolving expression of deeper purpose and intention - and allow our trust in that experience to relax our resistance to this journey.

This class will offer tools to support participants to use intuitive energy awareness to identify their edges, recognize the choice to meet them, and work directly with the energetic dance of their own momentum and resistance.

WEB OF LIFE is the name I gave to a channeled framework for contemplation and intuitive reading. It was shown to me as a template for bringing the stuck places in our energy fields into communication with the heart center, the seat of source-light in our bodies.

When we connect to the presence of source, we find alignment to let go of the masks that separate us from the guidance of our deep knowing and feeling (intuition).

When we’re in alignment with an experience of inner truth, we can trust the difficult learning curves of our lives.

GROUP ALIGNMENT AND GROUNDING sessions connect us to the richness of our shared humanity: not as a concept, but through the resonance of our physical and energetic bodies becoming grounded together.

The session will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by time for participants to respond and receive short readings*.
If there's time we'll conclude with a Q&A and discussion.

You're welcome to come with a question or situation you’d like perspective on, ask for a general energy scan, or allow something to come up in the moment that you’d like me to look at.

We’re all guided in from the Source Light, and given a place in the web of life. We appear in the web where we can receive what we need, and share our inner gifts.

When we struggle to recognize our physical body as an expression of the light that we are, full participation in the creative process of life may seem illusive.

The reality of our belonging and interrelationship is distorted by the patterns of trauma that vibrate through the web.

We each have a unique path to recognizing, and accepting the preciousness of our participation here.

This class will offer the foundational practices for psychic development as an ‘applied learning practice lab’, guiding participants to deepen connection between their own physical and psychic bodies.

Sessions will offer instruction and facilitated time to explore: techniques for grounding, using the 7 chakra template to cultivate direct awareness of your energy field, shifting energy levels, and more.
