Technical training for grounding and working with energy levels is balanced with group processing and conversation to support participants’ application of skills directly to their own lives. Grounding reconnects us to our body as a sacred space of communication and knowing.

Aligning and attuning to the flow of Earth energy, we remember who we are beyond the body, through the body.

This foundational class offers practical training in grounding, applied chakra work and energy awareness meditation to support purification, presence and personal growth.

This class is open to all levels of meditation and energy work experience:
If you are new to meditation, this class offers a focused and highly personalized entry point, with dedicated time for practice, questions, and community connection.

If you are an experienced meditator or energy-work practitioner, this class provides a clean, strong practice space to deepen and refine foundational skills.

PREREQUISITE:
Participants need to have had a reading with Zach in the last 5 years.

TUITION: $440
Tuition can be paid in full, or in two installments.
A limited number of reduced rate seats for those experiencing financial hardship are available.
