GROUNDING reconnects us to our intuition, our inner guidance system.
REMEMBERING the loving presence of our intuition allows us to own the creative process of our lives, and deepens our capacity to feel, know and trust ourselves and one another.

This class is open to all levels of meditation and energy work experience:
If you are new to meditation, this class offers a focused and highly personalized entry point, with dedicated time for practice, questions, and community connection.

If you are an experienced meditator or energy-work practitioner, this class provides a clean, strong practice space to deepen and refine foundational skills.

PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE

  • Tailored instruction in direct, practical grounding techniques

  • Somatic and applied chakra work sessions

  • Guided Energy Awareness meditations to support inner communication and open the chakra system

  • Guidance in recognizing and separating from entrenched emotional and thought patterns

  • Individual and group processes to work with old contracts and energetic holding patterns

  • Instruction in energetic hygiene, including boundary awareness and cleansing practices



PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN TO

  • Recognize intuitive information with greater clarity and distinguish it from habitual thought + emotional patterns

  • Apply grounding and energetic awareness to support energetic stability and inner communication

  • Identify and transform inherited, conditioned, or outdated energetic structures

  • Open to intuitive awareness with increased confidence, discernment, and self-trust

  • Integrate energy awareness practices into daily life in a sustainable and practical way

Participants leave with tools they can continue to practice independently, supporting ongoing intuitive development and personal clarity.

Technical training and guided Energy Awareness Meditations will be combined with group readings, and time for facilitated sharing and conversation, to integrate the techniques with your life.

  • People who are sensitive, empathic, or energetically aware and want greater clarity, stability, and self-trust.

  • Practitioners interested in intuitive or psychic healing work who value ethical grounding, presence, and energetic responsibility.


This training emphasizes embodiment, clarity, and practical integration + application to your life.

PREREQUISITE:
Participants need to have had a reading with Zach in the last 5 years.

Tuition can be paid in full, or in two installments.
